Gary Reid Embry

GARY REID EMBRY, age 72 of Prattville, passed away on January 3, 2018 at his residence. He was born in Stanford, KY on December 12, 1945; the son of the late Everett Embry and the late Bonnie Hudson Roller.

He was a former office manager with Chamber’s Furniture in Montgomery.

He is survived by: wife, Rita Embry of Prattville; Daughter, Kelly Embry of Prattville; Daughter, Tammy Giordano of Prattville; Daughter, Micki Horton of Grove Hill; 7 Grandchildren; 3 Great Grandchildren; Sister, Jean Robinson of KY; and Brother, Jimmy Embry of KY.

He is preceded in death by: Father, Everett Embry; mother, Bonnie Roller; and Brother, Glenn Embry.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, January 6, 2018 at 2:00pm from the Chapel of Ellison Memorial Funeral Home in Clanton.

Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service.

Burial will follow in the Cedar Grove Methodist Protestant Cemetery in Thorsby, AL.
