I knew Lance for 20 years as a client, a friend and his real estate agent. I recommended his business to several relatives, friends and clients because he always did a great job at a fair price. Over the years we became friends and over the last 2 years he wanted me to be his real estate agent--so we spent lots of time together because he was very specific in the type of house and location he wanted. He seemed to seek my counsel and put faith in my advice--he even called me his "second mommy". I will miss his crazy, misspelled texts (some late at night) which continued after he bought his new house in July.! I offer my sincere condolences to his family, which I know he cherished and loved.

Lance ! I just wanted to tell you that I miss my big brother !!! Even your daily phone calls and obnoxious nicknames that you had for me. LOL!!! Love ya !! Always! Your brother Cody " AKA" trucker Chucky also the triple cheese. Piper!!!
