Sally "Fay" (Johnson) Walker

Sally “Fay” Johnson Walker, age 64 of Stanton, passed away on July 17, 2017 at Vaughan Regional Medical Center in Selma. She was born in Alabama on September 4, 1952; the daughter of the late Rev. Horace Johnson and the late Catherine Hill Johnson.

She was a factory worker.

She is survived by her children, Joey (Jackie) Walker of Plantersville and Hope Havard of Plantersville; and Sisters, Brenda, Mae, Murlene, Esteene, and Frances.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Rev. Horace and Catherine Johnson; Daughter, Laura Sue Martin; Son, Calvin Edward Walker, II; Daughter, Tina Megan Walker; Grandson, Calvin Havard; Brothers, Willie Horace Johnson and William “Bill’ Johnson; and Sister, Elizabeth Blum.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 18, 2017 from 5-8pm at the Unity Baptist Church in Maplesville.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, June 19, 2017 at 2:00pm from the Unity Baptist Church in Maplesville with Rev. Ken Myers officiating.

Burial will follow in the University Highway Church of God Cemetery in Maplesville.
