Sue Cox Obituary
SUE V. COX, age 69 of Clanton, passed away on February 28, 2018 at her home. She was born on August 8, 1948 in Clanton, daughter of the late Zed Vines and the late Dora Cleckler Vines.
Sue is fondly remembered by many as the manager of Factory Connection in Clanton for 15 years.
She is survived by daughters, Nikki (Stacy) Duren of Clanton and Angi (Travis) Atchison of Clanton; Grandsons, Courtney Duren of Clanton, Clint Duren of Clanton, Torey Atchison of Clanton, Calin Duren of Clanton, and Tre` Atchison of Clanton; and 2 great-granddaughters, Riyah Duren of Clanton and Arianna Jackson of Lewisport, KY.
She is preceded in death by her husband, TJ Cox; Parents, Zed and Dora Vines; and siblings, Dot Noah and Mary Nell Hayes.
A memorial service will be held on Monday, March 5, 2018 at 6:00pm from the Ellison Memorial Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jim Gunter officiating.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service on Monday.
