Nellie Sue (Keller) Mims

NELLIE SUE (KELLER) MIMS, age 90 of Thorsby, passed away on April 24, 2024 at Woodland Village Nursing and Rehab in Cullman, AL. She was born in Cullman, AL on August 1, 1933; the daughter of the late William C. Keller and the late Genie Giles Keller.

She was a former telephone operator. Sue was a person who loved people. She enjoyed working in her yards and tending to her garden and flowers. She absolutely loved to mow grass and maintain her home.

She is survived by: Sister, Willodean Medlock of Cullman; and a host of nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by: Husband, James Mims

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, April 27, 2024 at 2:00pm from the Chapel of Ellison Memorial Funeral Home with Rev. Ernest Fike and Rev. J. Aaron Ellison officiating.

Burial will follow in the Liberty Hill Baptist Cemetery in Clanton, AL.
