BOBBY WAYNE LITTLEJOHN, age 80 of Clanton, passed away suddenly on December 5, 2019 at St. Vincent-Chilton Hospital in Clanton. He was born in Chilton County on January 22, 1939; the son of the late Francis Marion Littlejohn and the late Eula Estelle Giles Littlejohn.
He was the former owner of White’s Auto. Bobby was a man of charity. He enjoyed helping people and contributing to various charities. He was especially fond of the Lottie Moon Christmas offering through the local Baptist church. He could always be found around town finding something to buy, improve it some, then reselling it. He enjoyed doing that and finding someone to help along the way in the process.
He is survived by: Son, Dustin Littlejohn of Clanton; Granddaughter, Chelsey Littlejohn of Maplesville; Grandson, Jordan Littlejohn of Mandeville, LA; Granddaughter, Desirae Littlejohn of Clanton; Great Grandchildren: Leo, Sarah, and Eleora; and Sister, Peggy Porter of Clanton.
He is preceded in death by: Parents, Marion and Eula Littlejohn; Brother, Billy Littlejohn; and Sister, Frances Wade.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 7, 2019 from 5-7pm at Ellison Memorial Funeral Home in Clanton.
Funeral services will be held on Sunday, December 8, 2019 at 2:00pm from Liberty Hill Baptist Church with Rev. Kent Dodson officiating.
The body will be in state one hour prior to the service at the church.
Burial will follow in the Liberty Hill Baptist Cemetery in Clanton, AL.
