DARRYL LEE PRICE, age 54 of Jemison, passed away suddenly on July 8, 2018 in Jemison. He was born in Clanton, AL on April 9, 1964; the son of the late Travis Price and Joyce Langston Price.
He was a carpenter.
He is survived by: Wife, Gail Price of Jemison; Daughter, Keesha (Eric) Blackmon of Clanton; Daughter, Erica (Emmett Griffin) Price of Calera; Son, Steven Price of Jemison; Son, Charlie Price of Jemison; 9 Grandchildren; 1 Great Grandchild; Mother, Joyce Price of Jemison; and Brother, Daymond Price of Wetumpka.
He is preceded in death by: Father, Travis Price; and Brothers: John D. Price, Tracy J. Price, and William A. Price.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 12, 2018 from 6-8pm at Ellison Memorial Funeral Home in Clanton.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, July 13, 2018 at 11:00am from Union Springs Baptist Church with Rev. Evie Megginson officiating.
The body will be in state one hour prior to the service at the church.
Burial will follow in the Jones Family Cemetery in Jemison, AL.
In lieu of flowers, please contribute to the funeral expenses at the funeral home.
