David Jackson Horn

DAVID JACKSON HORN age 50 of Clanton, passed away suddenly on March 17, 2019. He was born in Montgomery, Alabama on November 5, 1968 to Henry Jackson Horn and Laura Jane Borom Horn.

He was a Medicaid Analyst for the State of Alabama.

He is survived by his wife, Sonja Dale Horn of Clanton; Son, Stephen Davis (Kayte) Horn of Prattville; Daughter, Anna Railey Horn of Clanton; Father, Jack (Merle) Horn of Titusville; Mother, Jane (Paul) Davis of Troy; Sister, Leslie (Richard) Dennis of Prattville; Step-brothers, Paul (Teresa) Davis of Thorsby and Lester (Julie) Davis of Millbrook; Step-sisters, Deborah (Jason) Goodman of Titusville and Terri (Kenny) Capouya of Montgomery; and numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives.

A memorial service will be held on Friday, March 22, 2019 at 4:00 pm from the Clanton First United Methodist Church with Rev. Meghan S. Kelley and Rev. Wes Kelley officiating.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service on Friday at the church. 

Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to the Helen's Fund of Clanton First United Methodist Church, 207 8th St. North, Clanton, AL 35045

Final care and arrangements have been entrusted to the Ellison Memorial Funeral Home of Clanton.
