Genora "Jackie" (Lightsey) Enfinger

GENORA “JACKIE” ENFINGER, age 85 of Jemison, went up to be with Jesus on March 18, 2018 at her residence. She was born in Shelby County on April 18, 1932; the daughter of the late Ocie Lightsey and the late Maudie Ann Glass Lightsey.

She was a former textile worker. She loved her family with all her heart, and was a faithful and devoted follower of her Lord, Jesus Christ.

She is survived by: Daughter, Sarah Mims of Alabaster; Daughter, Cindy Greer of Jemison; Son, Darrell Enfinger of Jemison; 6 Grandchildren; 10 Great Grandchildren; and 2 Great-Great Grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by: Husband, Marion Enfinger; Parents, Ocie and Maudie Lightsey; along with 7 Brothers and Sisters.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, March 21, 2018 at 11:00am from the Chapel of Ellison Memorial Funeral Home with Sis. Margo Parrish and Rev. Jeff Mims officiating.

Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service.

Burial will follow in the Pine Hill Cemetery in Jemison, AL.
