ISA ELIZABETH BAKER, age 60 of Billingsley, passed away suddenly on August 12, 2019 at St. Vincent-Chilton in Clanton, AL. She was born in Jefferson County on September 9, 1958; the daughter of the late Robert Scruggs, SR. and the late Bonnie Calloway Scruggs.

She was a former painter and wallpaper hanger.

She is survived by: Son, Trampus Baker of Billingsley; Grandchildren: Michael Stanley of Billingsley, Gage Paris of Billingsley, Regan Paris of Billingsley, and Michelle Smith of Fort Meyers, FL; and Brother, Robert Scruggs of Clanton, AL.

She is preceded in death by: Daughter, Tuesday Pelt; and an infant daughter.

At Isa’s request, she will be cremated. No services are currently planned.
