Susie Marie Headley

Susie Marie Headley, age 93 of Clanton, passed away on June 1, 2018 at Hatley Healthcare in Clanton. She was born on October 18, 1924; the daughter of the late Ocie Clyde McCullers and the late Susie Ann Caroline Gilland McCullers.

She was a former nurse.

She is survived by her children, Larry (Judy) Headley, Tommy (Nancy) Headley, and Kathy (Robert) Boling; Grandchildren, Jim Headley, Vicki (Bill) Morgan, Shane (Michelle) Headley, Adreane (Jerome) Barrington, Christy (Keith) Mims, Brandy Parrott, Stephanie (Eric) Wilson, Michael (Amanda) Davidson, and Kevin (Amber) Davidson; 12 Great-Grandchildren; and 3 Great-Great-Grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Ocie Clyde and Susie Ann McCullers; Husband, Marion F. Headley; Son, Jimmy Headley; and Grandsons, Ricky Headley and Chad Headley.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, June 4, 2018 at 12:00pm from the Chapel of Ellison Memorial Funeral Home with Rev. Randy Reid officiating.

Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service.

Burial will follow in the Pleasant Grove United Methodist Church Cemetery in Clanton.

In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to the Clanton First Assembly of God or the Chilton County Senior Connection.
