William "Bill" Carlos Minor

WILLIAM CARLOS “BILL” MINOR, age 75 of Clanton, passed away on December 23, 2017 at his residence. He was born in Chilton County on September 7, 1942; the son of the late Kent Minor and the late Arie Ratliff Minor.

He was a former pricing manager at Clanton Winn Dixie. He had over 30 years of service.

He is survived by: Daughter, Patrice (Kenny) Lockhart of Clanton; Granddaughter, Alayna Lockhart of Clanton; Brother, James Minor of Warner Robbins, GA; and Brother, Wayne Minor of Prattville.

He is preceded in death by: Daughter, Ranessa Minor Wilson; Parents, Kent and Arie Minor; Brother, Earl Minor; and Sister, Faye Joiner.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, December 26, 2017 at 2:00pm from the Chapel of Ellison Memorial Funeral Home in Clanton.

Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service.

Burial will follow in the Chestnut Creek Cemetery in Verbena, AL.
