BARBARA ANN (COLLINS) BOOKER, age 82 of Thorsby, passed away suddenly on June 5, 2026 at her residence. She was born in Chilton County on September 8, 1943; the daughter of the late Vernon Collins and the late Lena Caton Collins.
She was a former seamstress at the Thorsby and Jemison garment factories.
She is survived by: Son, Christopher Booker of Tuscaloosa; Brother, Charles Leonard Collins of Thorsby; and Brother, Ricky Collins of Thorsby.
She is preceded in death by: Husband, Dan Smith; Husband, Alvin Lee Booker; Husband, Paul W. Price; and Son, Danny Wayne Smith.
No services will be held. Mrs. Booker will be laid to rest in the Thorsby Memorial Cemetery in Thorsby, AL.
