Billie Frances (Poe) Robinson

BILLIE FRANCES (POE) ROBINSON, age 67 of Montevallo, passed away on November 16, 2021 at her residence. She was bornin Gary, IN on June 3, 1954; the daughter of the late Ernest Lee Poe and the late Frances Mae Lucas Poe.

Billie enjoyed spending time crocheting and knitting, piecing together puzzles, and watching her favorite TV program, The Andy Griffith Show. Her greatest joy and love in life was to be surrounded by her family.

She is survived by: Husband, Robert Robinson of Montevallo; Son, Michael Junior Robinson of Clanton; Daughter, Barbara Robinson of Montevallo; Daughter, Amy Robinson King of Birmingham; Grandchildren, Stephanie King and Lacey King; Sisters: Wanda Dawson of Chelsea, Paula Gardiner of Birmingham, and Teresa Gail Poe of Wilsonville; and Brothers: Jimmy Lee Poe of Columbiana, James Howard Poe of Wilsonville, Robert Earl Poe of Tarrant, and Ricky Dean Poe of Florida.

She is preceded in death by: Parents, Ernest Lee and Frances Mae Poe; Sister, Rena Mae Lee; and Sister, Mildred Nadene Poe.

A memorial service will be held on Friday, November 19, 2021 at 3:00pm from the Chapel of Ellison Memorial Funeral Home in Clanton with Rev. Mack Ritch officiating.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
