Billy Wayne House

BILLY WAYNE HOUSE, age 84 of Clanton, passed away on May 5, 2025 at the Bill Nichols State Veteran’s Home in Alexander City, AL. He was born in Wilsonville, AL on July 6, 1940; the son of the late Lowell Prentice House and the late Phoebe Etress House.

He was a former conductor for CSX Railroad.

He is survived by: Wife, Judy House; Son, Lee (Karen) House; Stepson, Micheal McNeal; Stepson, Frank Brand McNeal; Stepdaughter, Jennifer (John) Crawford; Grandchildren: Emilee House and Jenna House; Step Grandchildren: Ella McNeal, Esme Crawford, Joseph McNeal, Xander McNeal and Elijah Crawford; and a host of cousins and friends.

In Accordance with Mr. House’s wishes his body has been donated to science, and the family will hold a memorial service at a later date.
