Brenda Kaye (Smith) Bond

BRENDA KAYE (SMITH) BOND, age 71 of Lawley, passed away on January 7, 2026 at her residence. She was born in Mobile, AL on December 5, 1954; the daughter of the late Robert Vernon Smith and the late Alvis Marie Lawrence Adair.

She was a former welder.

She is survived by: Daughter, Beverly Kaye Bond; Son, Adam Bond; Son, David Bond; 8 Grandchildren; Brothers: Marty Smith, Mike Smith, and Harland Smith; and Sisters, Barbara Jones and Tiea Roberts.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 10, 2026 at 2:00pm from Pleasant Grove Baptist Church No. 2 in Lawley, AL with Rev. Tony Reynolds officiating.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church.
