Bridgett Ann Langston

BRIDGETT ANN LANGSTON, age 51 of Jemison, passed away on May 4, 2024 at her residence. She was born in Chilton County on April 17, 1973; the daughter of the late Carey Pate and Julia Langston Pate.

Bridgett was a loving mother, grandmother, daughter, and sister. She loved coloring books and painting. She enjoyed listening to her music and having those close to her visit with her.

She is survived by: Daughter, Amber (Gregory) Martin of Jemison; Granddaughters, Amory and Elliana Martin of Jemison; Mother, Julia Pate of Jemison; Sister, Tanya Compton of Jemison; Brother, Heath (Valinda) Pate of Jemison; Nephews, Braden Compton and Lane Pate of Jemison; and Niece, Abby Pate of Jemison.

She is preceded in death by: Father, Carey Pate; and Grandparents, Arlie and Bessie Langston.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, May 8, 2024 at 2:00pm from Mars Hill Baptist Church with Rev. Evie Megginson officiating.

Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the church.

Burial will follow in the Jones Family Cemetery in Jemison, AL.
