Carol (Henley) Cousins

Carol (Henley) Cousins, age 75 of Thorsby, Alabama, passed away on June 16, 2026. She was born on January 5, 1951.

Carol was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother whose greatest joy in life was her family. She treasured every opportunity to spend time with those she loved and created many cherished memories that will be carried forward by her family for generations to come. Carol also had a special love for her dogs, who brought her much happiness and companionship throughout the years.

One of Carol's favorite places was the beach. She loved being in the water and found peace and contentment along the shoreline. Whether surrounded by family or simply enjoying the beauty of the ocean, those moments brought her great joy.

She is survived by her devoted husband, Joe Cousins of Thorsby; sons, Jeff Clements of Paso Robles, California, Tommy Cousins of Deatsville, and Shane Cousins of Millbrook; daughters, Vicki Clements of Paso Robles, California, Jennifer Cousins of Millbrook, and Tammy Cousins of Deatsville; grandsons, Jacob Clements of Paso Robles, California, Jarrod Clements of Rathdrum, Idaho, Till Cousins of Birmingham, and Tucker Cousins of Prattville; granddaughter, Jordan Shaffer of Millbrook; and great-grandchildren, Waylon, Shae, and Braylen.

Carol will be remembered for her kind heart, her love of family, and the joy she found in life's simple pleasures. Her memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
