Carol Ann (Baldwin) Davis

CAROL ANN (BALDWIN) DAVIS, age 79 of Maplesville, passed away on March 5, 2026, at her residence. She was born in Jasper, Alabama on June 15, 1946, the daughter of the late William David Baldwin and the late Vesta Ada Burquett Baldwin.

Carol was the former co-owner, along with her late husband Bill, of Bill's RV in Montevallo. She loved her family dearly, and they were the center of her life. Nothing brought her greater joy than spending time with her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, creating memories that they will always cherish. She also enjoyed traveling with her husband through the years, sharing many adventures and experiences together. In her spare time, she loved working in her garden and took great pride in canning the vegetables she grew to share with her family. Carol also had a deep love for the outdoors and especially enjoyed spending time fishing, something that always brought her peace and happiness.

She is survived by her daughters, Andrea Wadsworth of Maplesville, Laquita Davis Madison of Clanton, and Jody Glass of Maplesville; eleven grandchildren; twenty-seven great-grandchildren; sisters, Janice Dunkin of Elkhart, Indiana and Darlene Bliznak of Texas; and brothers, Leonard Baldwin of Curry, Gary Baldwin of Arley, and Cecil Baldwin of Haleyville.

She was preceded in death by her husband, William R. “Bill” Davis; daughters, Laronda Krauser and Angela Thomas.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, March 10, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. from the Chapel of Ellison Memorial Funeral Home with Pastor Ryan Carroll officiating.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
