Charles Dale Manning

CHARLES DALE “CHUCK” MANNING, age 63 of Jemison, passed away suddenly on February 23, 2021 at his residence. He was born in Indiana on November 27, 1957; the son of the late Robert Baker, Sr. and the late Ruby May Shanks Baker.

He was a former brick mason.

He is survived by: Daughter, Evelyn (Michael) Mosley of IN; Son, CJ (Amanda Ball) Manning of IN; Daughter, Luanna (Robert Hunt) Manning of IN; Son, Randy (Erika) Knox of AL; 11 Grandchildren; Brother, Roger (Shirley) Manning of Sweetwater, TN; Sister, Candy (Frankie) Lawley of Jemison; Brother, Robert Baker, Jr. of Sweetwater, TN; Brother, Donnie (Sheila Scarbrough) Oliphant of Clanton; Sister, Charlotte Oliphant of FL; and a host of nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, February 27, 2021 at 11:00am from the Chapel of Ellison Memorial Funeral Home in Clanton.

Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service.

Burial will follow in the Pine Hill Cemetery in Jemison, AL.
