CHRISTIE MICHELLE MARTIN, age 47 of Clanton, passed away suddenly on July 25, 2022 at her residence. She was born in Chilton County on February 3, 1975; the daughter of the late Johnnie Wayne Martin and Christine Connell Martin.

She was a former cashier with Dollar General.

She is survived by: Mother, Christine Martin; Brother, Anthony Cleckler; Brother, Tim Martin; Nephew, Jake Cleckler; Nephew, Josh (Kristina) Cleckler; Niece, Savannah (Brian) Nicolas; along with a host of other relatives and friends.

She is preceded in death by: Father, Johnnie Martin; Grandparents, Dalton and Sarah Connell; and Grandparents, Johnny Robert and Jewell Martin.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, July 29, 2022 at 3:00pm from the Chapel of Ellison Memorial Funeral Home.

Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service.

The family request no flowers, but encourages donations be made towards the funeral expense at the funeral home or via the funeral home website.
