CONNIE JANE (ADAMS) POLK, age 60 of Clanton, passed away on July 11, 2022 at Shelby Baptist Medical Center in Alabaster, AL. She was born in McCray, Georgia on May 8, 1962; the daughter of the late Thomas Adams and the late Ruby Faye Champion Hedgepath.
She was a homemaker.
She is survived by: Daughter, Heather (Brian) Hughes of Shelby; Daughter, Chassidy Polk of Foley; Daughter, Trinity Polk of Clanton; 8 Grandchildren; 2 Great Grandchildren; and Brother, Tommy Adams of Clanton.
She is preceded in death by: Father, Thomas Adams; Mother, Faye Hedgepath; and Sister, Cheryl Adams.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, July 20, 2022 at 11:00am from the Chapel of Ellison Memorial Funeral Home with Rev. Barney Mims officiating.
Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service.
Burial will follow in the Providence Baptist Church No. 2 Cemetery in Clanton, AL.
