Cynthia Kay “Cindy” (Cleckler) Eiland, age 62 of Verbena, passed away on March 4, 2026 at her residence following a brave battle with cancer. She was born in Chilton County on March 31, 1963; the daughter of the late L.C. Cleckler and the late Mattie Ann Barnett Cleckler.
Cindy enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren, who brought her great joy. She also loved the outdoors and could often be found fishing on the lake, one of her favorite pastimes.
She is survived by her husband, Danny Dennis of Verbena; daughter, Stephanie (Jimmy) Fradejas of Alabaster; grandchildren, Mason Fradejas, Parker Fradejas, Tucker Fradejas, Beckham Fradejas, and Mila Fradejas; sister, Debbie (Bill) Stracener of Jemison; and brother, Mark (Rhonda) Cleckler of Verbena.
She was preceded in death by her sons, Barry Eiland and Jeremy Eiland; her parents, L.C. and Mattie Ann Cleckler; sister, Sherry Keaton; and an infant brother.
No services will be held at this time. Cindy will be inurned in Union Grove Community Cemetery in Jemison, Alabama.
