Elizabeth "Libby" Ruth (Harris) Wright

ELIZABETH RUTH (HARRIS) WRIGHT, age 61 of Verbena, passed away suddenly on September 30, 2024 at St. Vincent-Chilton Hospital in Clanton, AL. She was born in Macon, GA on November 5, 1962; the daughter of the late Eulie Lee Harris and the late Margaret Lenora Phillips Harris-Jansen.

She was a system analyst in the healthcare sector.

She is survived by: Husband, James Steve Wright of Verbena; Son, Mark Justin Wright of Verbena; Son, Timothy Steven Wright of Verbena; Granddaughter, Cassidee Wright of Verbena; Sister, Jo Ann Saxon of Lake Sinclair, GA; and Brother, Casey Harris of Byron, GA.

She is preceded in death by: Father, Eulie Lee Harris; and Mother, Margie Jansen.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 5, 2024 at 2:00pm from the Chapel of Ellison Memorial Funeral Home in Clanton with Rev. Travor Price officiating.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.

Inurnment will follow in the Chilton Memorial Gardens in Clanton, AL.
