ELIZABETH EULENE (LITTLETON) HOLLON, age 77 of Clanton, passed away on March 14, 2026 at her residence following a courageous battle with cancer. She was born in Chilton County on September 26, 1948, the daughter of the late James Grady Littleton and the late Lessie Davis Littleton.
Eulene devoted nearly 50 years of her life to a career in banking in Chilton County. She began her career with the Bank of Thorsby, which later transitioned to First Alabama Bank and eventually became part of Regions Bank. Throughout those many years she built lasting relationships with customers and coworkers alike. Known for her friendly personality and dependable nature, she faithfully served the community and eventually retired as a respected head teller.
Away from work, Eulene found joy in caring for her home and working outdoors. She especially loved tending to her yard and flowerbeds, where she took pride in keeping things beautiful and welcoming. She was also a faithful member of Highland Baptist Church, where she enjoyed worship, fellowship, and the friendships she shared with her church family.
Above all else, Eulene will be remembered for the love she had for her family. She was a devoted wife and a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Her family was the center of her life, and she treasured every moment spent with them—especially the special joy she found in her grandchildren and great-grandbaby. She enjoyed spending quality time also with her sisters-in-law: Tootsie Newman, Reba Curtis, and Janet Duckett.
She is survived by her husband, Ron Hollon; her sons, Kale Hollon and Chase (Stacy) Hollon; her granddaughters, Hailie Hollon, Madison Hollon, Ella Hollon, and Rebecca Hollon; her great-grandchild, Avery Bryant; her sisters, Gail Dansby and Cathy (Harold) Farris; her brothers, Roger (Katie) Littleton, Dan (Diane) Littleton, and Tad (Janice) Littleton; and numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family members.
She was preceded in death by her parents, James Grady and Lessie Littleton; her brothers, Jimmy Littleton and Ralph Littleton; and her sister, Virginia Henson.
