Harold Allen Williams

HAROLD ALLEN WILLIAMS, age 72 of the Mineral Springs Community of Clanton, AL, passed away on February 25, 2025 in Thorsby, AL. He was born in Cleveland, OH on October 28, 1952.

Harold honorably served his country in the Alabama Army National Guard where he retired at the rank of Sergeant. Harold also served his home community for many years as a member of the Union Grove Volunteer Fire and Rescue Department.

He is survived by: Wife, Marie Williams of Thorsby; Son, Wade Williams of Dora; Daughter, Jan Williams of Randolph; Daughter-in-Law, Tracy Williams Handley of Billingsley; 15 Grandchildren; 1 Great Granddaughter; and special Friends: Jimmy L. Ellison, Lyndon Blow, Jody Elmore, Don Hammaker, Jerry Ellison, and Dot Tuell.

He is preceded in death by: Daughter, Christi Lynn Isenhower; Son, Phillip DeWayne Williams; Mother, Gladys E. Edwards; and Sister, Mable L. Mitchell.

Services will be held on Friday, February 28, 2025 at 11:00am from Mineral Springs Baptist Church with Rev. Jason Green and Rev. J. Aaron Ellison officiating.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church.

Inurnment will follow in the Mineral Springs Baptist Cemetery in Clanton, AL.
