Jackie Sue (Langston) Hayes

JACKIE SUE (LANGSTON) HAYES, age 67 of Clanton, passed away on April 6, 2021 at her residence. She was bornin Chilton County on March 12, 1954; the daughter of the late George Edwin Langston and the late Mary Violet Melton Langston.

She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend to many.

She is survived by: Husband, Eddie Charles Hayes of Clanton; Son, Christopher Charles Hayes; Daughter, Janet Rene Hayes; Grandchildren: Jordan (Holly) Wutke, James (Kyra) Wutke, Jessica (Carlos) Parler, Morgan (Justin) Langston, and Kenneth Hayes; Brother, Jimmy (Linda) Langston; Sisters: Joyce Davidson, Debra (Rusty) Jones, and Myra (Earl) Hayes; Brother, Randall (Linda) Langston; and a host of great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and a lot of friends.

A memorial service will be held on Friday, April 9, 2021 at 3:00pm from the Lomax Independent Church with Rev. Jimmy Langston and Rev. Russell Jones officiating.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church.

Inurnment will follow in the New Harmony Primitive Baptist Cemetery in Clanton, AL.
