John Joseph Kiever Jr.

JOHN "FISHY" JOSEPH KIEVER JR., age 63, of Clanton passed away December 3, 2024 at Shelby Baptist Medical Center. He was born in Michigan on October 1, 1961, son of the late John Kiever Sr. and the late Marilyn Norman.

John was a lover of life, he adored his wife, granddaughter and his family dearly. He was adventurous and loved to travel, often visiting Boston to see family. His favorite things included Donald Trump, food and music. He lived by the saying strength and honor. His joyous spirit will truly be missed.

He is survived by his Loving Wife of 45 years, Angel Kiever; Son, Shaun Kiever; Daughter, Rachel Mordecai; Granddaughter, Addison Mordecai; Grandsons, Shaun Kiever Jr., Marcus Kiever; Brothers, Terry Kiever, Patrick Kiever; Sister, Cherie Kiever; and Nephew, Micheal Henson.

He is preceded in death by his Parents, John Kiever Sr. and Marilyn Norman; and Brother Dana Kiever.

A Memorial Service will be held Friday, December 6, 2024 at 11:00AM at Alabama National Cemetery in Montevallo, Alabama.
