Justin Eugene Carlee

JUSTIN CARLEE, 23++ of Maplesville Alabama, passed away in a tragic accident. Born on December 16, Justin brought a contagious laugh, a genuine warmth, and carried a high-spirited personality wherever he went. He was known for his big heart, quick wit, and the way he could figure anything out. 

Justin was a proud son of Eugene and Dianne Carlee, and a beloved brother to Raeanne (Tim) Carter and Clint Carlee. He shared a special bond with his best friend Johnathan Callaway, nieces and nephews Halie and Will (Beckham and Ellis Ruth) Harrison, Tyler Carter, Brody and Kiersten Carter, Jake Carlee, and Caden Carlee who all adored “Uncle Jutin” for his humor, kindness, and steady support.

He loved spending time with his family, making people laugh, and enjoying talking smack. He had an unwavering love for his special niece Halie, and his nephews. Justin will be remembered for his generosity, his loyalty to those he loved, and the energy he brought into every room.

As much as he loved his family, anyone who knew him also knew he loved his work. He was an employee of Burkes Mechanical, and he took pride in the work he accomplished and the people he worked alongside.

His legacy lives on through his family and cousins in the stories, smiles, and laughter he left behind. Though he will be deeply missed, the love he gave continues to shine through everyone who knew “What’s Krack-a-Lackin”? …

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 12, 2025 from 5-8pm at Maplesville Baptist Church.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, November 13, 2025 at 11:00am from Maplesville Baptist Church with Rev. Joey Green officiating.

The body will be in state one hour prior to the service at the church.

Burial will follow in the historic Maplesville Cemetery in Maplesville, AL.

Final care and arrangements entrusted to the Ellison Memorial Funeral Home of Clanton, AL.
