Kristy Michelle Mims

KRISTY MICHELLE MIMS, age 47 of Clanton, passed away on February 18, 2025 at Baptist Health Princeton Hospital in Birmingham, AL. She was born in Jefferson County, AL on November 19, 1977; the daughter of the late Eib Mims, Jr. and Bobbie Faye Langston Mims.

Kristy was always a special child who was full of love. Her family finds comfort in knowing that she is now healed and whole in the presence of our Lord Jesus Christ.

She is survived by: Mother, Bobbie Mims of Clanton; Sister, Marsha (Jimmy) Green of Jemison; Niece, Chelsea Nichols of Woodstock; Niece, Brook (Dawson) Graham of Eclectic; Great Nieces: Caroline Steinmetz, Delilah Steinmetz, Jolene Steinmetz, Victoria Brooks, and Jodie Brooks; and Great Nephew, Arthur Graham.

She is preceded in death by: Father, Eib Mims, Jr.; Grandparents, C.W. and Elizabeth Langston; and Grandparents, Eib, Sr. and Nettie Mims.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, February 22, 2025 at 11:00am from Faith Full Gospel Church with Rev. Greg Hall and Rev. Kim Scott officiating.

Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the church.

Burial will follow in the Pine Hill Cemetery in Jemison, AL.
