Lane Dalton James

LANE DALTON JAMES, age 23 of Millbrook, AL, passed away suddenly on December 3, 2021 in Selma, AL as the result of an automobile accident. He was born in McAllister, OK on April 11, 1998; the son of Kevin James and Ozella Tharp.

Lane was employed with Asplundh Tree Services.

He is survived by: Father, Kevin James; Mother, Ozella Tharp; Sister, Whitney (Kelly) James; Brother, Bill James; Sister, Courtney James; Sister, Gretchan (Dakota) Lynn; Sister, Skyler Tharp; Brother, Hunter Tharp; Girlfriend, Kaitlyn Kornosky; and a host of extended family and friends.

He is preceded in death by: Infant Sister, Velma James.

A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 6, 2021 at 3:00pm from the Chapel of Ellison Memorial Funeral Home in Clanton, AL with Rev. Chris Erwin officiating.

Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service.

A funeral service will be held on Friday, December 10, 2021 at 2:00pm from the Chapel of McCarn Funeral Service in Talihina, OK.

Visitation will be held prior to the service.

Burial will follow in the Cole Spur Cemetery in Tuskahoma, OK.

Final care and arrangements entrusted to the Ellison Memorial Funeral Home of Clanton, AL and to the McCarn Funeral Service of Talihina, OK.
