Martha Elizabeth (Norris) Morris

MARTHA ELIZABETH (NORRIS) MORRIS, age 84 of Clanton, passed away suddenly on October 30, 2021 in Clanton, AL. She was born in Oakman, AL on September 18, 1937; the daughter of the late Louie Joseph Norris and the late Elsie Christian Norris.

Martha was the long-time secretary for the Clanton Church of Christ.

She is survived by: Daughter, Shelley Barrett Morris of Clanton; Daughter, Mary Danielle (Joe) Zambrano of Clanton; 6 Grandchildren; 7 Great Grandchildren; Brother, Ancel (Ruby) Norris of Birmingham; Sister, Carolyn (Herbert) Hoff of Prattville; and Brother, Hue Don Norris of Montgomery.

She is preceded in death by: Husband, Rosco Morris, Jr.; Parents, L. J. and Elsie Norris; and Brother, Herbert Wayne Norris.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, November 3, 2021 at 1:00pm from the Chapel of Ellison Memorial Funeral Home with Ancel Norris officiating.

Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service.

Burial will follow in the GreenHill Memorial Gardens in Childersburg, AL.
