Michael Lynn McClain

MICHAEL LYNN McCLAIN, age 51 of Clanton, passed away suddenly on July 28, 2020 at his residence. He was born in West Helena, Arkansas on February 22, 1969; the son of the Everett Lynn McClain and the late Vickye Eileen Jennings McClain.

He was employed with Alabama Power Company as a timekeeper and material man. He was also an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting and fishing. He will be remembered most for the love he showed his family, most especially his wife, children, and his grandson.

He is survived by: Wife, Tiffany McClain of Clanton; Son, Josh (Jackie) McClain of Thorsby; Son, Trent (Kendra) McClain of Alabaster; Daughter, Madison McClain of Clanton; Grandson, Leon McClain of Thorsby; Father, E. Lynn (Fran) McClain of Bessemer; Grandmother, Mildred McClain of Lexa, AR; Sister, Victoria (David) Flowers of Jack; Brother-in-Law, Jayme (Lacey) Aman of Alabaster; and a host of uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, July 31, 2020 at 2:00pm from the Chapel of Ellison Memorial Funeral Home in Clanton with Bro. Andy Davison officiating.

Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service.

Burial will follow in Chilton Memorial Gardens in Clanton, AL.
