Nancy Ann (WELDON) Waldrop, age 46 of Clanton, passed away on December 23, 2025, at Baptist Health-Shelby Hospital in Alabaster, Alabama.
Born to Robert Douglas Weldon and Peggy Ann Weldon on September 23, 1979, Nancy was a devoted daughter who carried the values instilled by her parents throughout her life. She was preceded in death by both of them, as well as by her beloved husband, Roger Eugene Waldrop.
Nancy was a woman of enduring faith and commitment. For nearly three decades, she was a dedicated member of Clanton First Assembly of God, where she found spiritual strength and community. Her long-standing presence at the church reflected her deep-rooted beliefs and the importance she placed on fellowship and service.
She leaves behind three daughters who were the center of her world: Amber Price and her husband Tate Price; Victoria Pate and her husband Wesley Pate; and Ashley Waldrop-Foster and her husband Justin Foster, along with their children. Nancy’s love for her family was unwavering, and her legacy lives on through them.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, January 3, 2026 at 11:00am from Clanton First Assembly of God with Rev. Randy Reid officiating.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church.
Burial will follow in the Chilton Memorial Gardens in Clanton. There will be no graveside service.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Heart Association in Nancy’s memory.
Nancy’s life was marked by resilience, devotion, and quiet strength. May her memory bring comfort to all who knew and loved her.
