Patricia (Dunn) Ashley

PATRICIA (DUNN) ASHLEY, age 81 of Deatsville, passed away on February 22, 2024 at St. Vincent-Chilton Hospital in Clanton, AL. She was born in Etowah County, AL on March 30, 1942; the daughter of the late Henry Dunn and the late Charlie Sue Gault Dunn.

She enjoyed spending time working and tending to her flowers. She also enjoyed watching her hummingbirds in the spring and summer months. Those who knew her knew she always wore and loved to wear purple nail polish.

She is survived by: Husband, Roy Glass of Verbena; Daughter, Gail Ashley of Billingsley; Son, Randy Ashley of Verbena; Son, Shane Ashley of Deatsville; Son, Adam Ashley of Montevallo; Son, Oscar Ashley of Verbena; Son, Jeff Glass of Montevallo; Daughter, Bobbie Jo Jacobson of Foley; Daughter, Betty Jo Lewis of Montevallo;; Numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; Brother, Donald Dunn of Vincent; and Brother, Earl Dunn of Gadsden.

She is preceded in death by: Son, Stag Lee Ashley; and Son, Charles Edward Glass.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, February 24, 2024 at 11:00am from Pinedale Assembly of God Church in Clanton, AL.

Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the church.

Burial will follow in the New hope Baptist Cemetery in the Lightwood Community of Elmore County, AL.
