Patricia "Patty" Lynn Pennington,  April 28, 1960- September 11, 2023

Patty Pennington, age 63 of Lawley, passed away on September 11, 2023 at Walker Baptist Medical Center.

She was preceded in death by her Husband, Ronnie Pennington; Mother, Irma T Smith; Step-mother, Betty Sue Crews and Nephew, Rob Fisher.

She is survived by her Father, John Wayne Crews(Mary) of Marion; Son, Johnathan Johnson (Julie) of Lawley; Son, Daniel Johnson (Ashley) of Plantersville; Grandchildren, Jacob, Joseph, Austin, JonJon, Kaylee and Hunter Johnson; Sister, Kaye Carey of Lakeview; Brother, Mike Crews (Gail) of Marion; Brother, Stanley Crews (Wanda) of Prattville; Brother, Harvey Plummer of Barnesville; Best friend, Emily Jones, and a host of Aunts, Uncles and Cousins.

A celebration of life will be held at Ellison funeral home on September 14, 2023. The family will have their visitation from 6pm-6:30 and will receive friends from 6:30-7pm. A memorial service will begin at 7pm. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to "Dementia Society of America" in Patty's memory.
