Randall "Randy" Ray Lawson

RANDALL “RANDY” RAY LAWSON, age 65 of Clanton passed away November 11, 2024 at his residence. He was born in Jefferson County, Alabama on November 17, 1958 son of the late Lloyd E. Lawson and Betty Kendrick.

Randy was a loving and devoted husband, father, and grandfather. He loved racing and making people smile, he had a great sense of humor. Randy was a social butterfly, who never met a stranger and would do anything for anyone. His grandchildren were his world. His family loved him dearly and he will be greatly missed.

He is survived by his Loving Wife of 34 years, Jane Lawson of Clanton; Sons, Micah Lawson of Calera, Heath (Jordan) Lawson of Ohio, Hunter (Molly) Lawson of Jemison; Granddaughter, Greenleigh Moore of Calera; Soon to be Grandson, Colter Lawson of Jemison; Mother, Betty Kendrick of West Blocton; Brothers, Lloyd (Mary) Lawson of West Blocton, Dennis (Sherry) Lawson of Montevallo; and Sister, Sherry Burrus of Texas.

He is preceded in death by his Father, Lloyd E. Lawson; Sister, Pam Sparks; Brother, Terry Lawson; and Nephew, Lloyd Lawson III.
