Rebecca Diann (Adams) Cleckler

REBECCA DIANN (ADAMS) CLECKLER, age 51 of Thorsby, passed away suddenly on December 21, 2023 at her residence. She was born in Chilton County on June 6, 1972; the daughter of the late Jessie Charles Adams and Gaynell Watts Adams.

She was a homemaker. She will be best remembered as a loving wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, and friend to many.

She is survived by: Husband, Mitchell Cleckler of Thorsby; Daughter, April (Tina) Lockhart of Clanton; Son, Trey Cleckler of Thorsby; Mother, Gaynell Adams of Billingsley; Sister, Janelle (Mark) Peters of Isabella Community; Sister, Jessica Fortenberry of Billingsley; Grandchildren: Chris (Taylor) Ewing, Santana (Victor) Vega, JC Ewing, and Brittany (Daniel) Wright; and Numerous Great Grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and friends.

She is preceded in death by: Father, Jessie Charles Adams; and Mother-in-Law, Mary Alice Miller.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 27, 2023 from 5-8pm at Ellison Memorial Funeral Home in Clanton.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, December 28, 2023 at 11:00am from the Chapel of Ellison Memorial Funeral Home with Rev. Ernest Fike officiating.

Burial will follow in the Collins Chapel Baptist Cemetery in Jemison, AL.
