Rebecca Lilly Mae (Robinson) Lawley

REBECCA LILLY MAE (ROBINSON) LAWLEY, age 54 of Clanton, passed away on December 23, 2023 at Baptist South Hospital in Montgomery, AL. She was born in Alexander City, AL on April 21, 1969; the daughter of the late Eugene Robinson and the late Shirley Faye Smitherman.

She was a former laborer in the peach fields of Chilton County. She was a fun and loving woman who will be dearly missed.

She is survived by: Husband, Michael Lawley, Sr. of Clanton; Son, Michael Lawley, Jr. of Clanton; Daughters: Melanie Lawley, Heather Crawford, Stephanie Wells, Jessica Barnes, and Yvonne Lawley all of Clanton; Daughters-in-Law, Candace Lawley and Lesslie Abernathy; 17 Grandchildren; and Sisters: Sheila Smitherman, Peggy Taylor, and Patricia Nelson.

She is preceded in death by: Father, Gene Robinson; Mother, Shirley Smitherman; Stepmother, Mary Faye Partridge; Brother, Buddy Robinson; and Sister, Gail Cleckler.
