Obituary
ROBERT EUGENE JOHNSTON, age 64 of Verbena, passed away suddenly on March 4, 2022 at his residence. He was born in Marion County, AL on October 29, 1957; the son of the late Robert E. Johnston and the late Mary Pearl Cook Johnston.
He was a mechanic’s assistant.
He is survived by: Sister, Sheila A. Easterling of Millbrook; Brother, Ricky L. Johnston of Clanton; Brother, Johnny W. Johnston of Clanton; Sister, Teresa J. Connell of Clanton; Sister, Jonna K. Johnston of Clanton; and Sister, Peggy S. Johnston of Titus.
He is preceded in death by his parents.
A graveside service will be held on Sunday, March 6, 2022 at 2:00pm in the Floyd Baptist Cemetery in Verbena, AL with Rev. James Majerik and Rev. Tony Christensen officiating.
No visitation will be held.
