Robert Berry Jones

ROBERT BERRY JONES, age 76, of Clanton, passed away on July 15, 2025, at his residence. He was born in Alabama on January 30, 1949, to the late Ernest Arling Jones and the late Lyndall Fields Jones.

Robert was proud of the many roles he held throughout his life, including jewelry repairman, typewriter repairman, and a longtime truck driver. He had a quick wit and a gift for humor, and he loved making people laugh.

He is survived by his daughter, Janee Pollock (James Alexander) of Clanton; and his brother, Wayne Jones of Prattville.

He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Betty Grant Jones.

The family will hold a private service at a later date.
