Shawn Adam Smith

SHAWN ADAM SMITH, age 19 of Jemison, passed away suddenly on June 10, 2024 in Jemison, AL as the result of an accident. He was born in Dothan, AL on December 1, 2004; the son of Robert Oliver Smith and Tamatha Levon Scott Smith.

He worked as a pipefitter. He enjoyed the outdoors where he would spent time fishing and riding ATVs. He was a good person. He loved his daughter with all of his being and she was his life.

He is survived by: Daughter, Oakley Smith of Dothan; Father, Red Smith of Jemison; Mother, Tammy Smith of Jemison; Brother, Travis Smith of Jemison; Brother, Bo (Tracey) Teal of Jemison; Brother, Brian Teal of Montevallo; Nephew, Jacob Teal of Jemison; and Girlfriend, Kaylee Jordan of Dothan.

A Memorial service will be held on Friday, June 14, 2024 at 5:00pm from the Chapel of Ellison Memorial Funeral Home in Clanton.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
