Steve Cook

STEVE COOK, age 73 of Deatsville, passed away on August 18, 2024 at Prattville Baptist Medical Center in Prattville, AL. He was born in Grundy, Virginia on January 6, 1951; the son of the late William Martin Cook, Sr. and the late Minnie Fields Cook.

He was a former welder.

He is survived by: Daughter, Leavonia Warren of Deatsville; Grandchildren: Leeland Warren of Deatsville, Cody Nix of Clanton, Tyler Warren of Millbrook, and Madison Owens of Greenville; Brothers: William Cook of Marbury, Greyson Cook of Dandridge, TN, Willard Cook of Interlachen, FL, Chester Brock of Prattville, and Kenny Brock of Prattville; and Sisters: Matha Brock of Interlachen, FL, Mary Jo Brock of Palatka, FL, and Jolene Brock of Orange Co., FL.

A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, August 21, 2024 at 10:00am in Boones Chapel Cemetery in Prattville, AL with Rev. Matt Hall officiating.
