Sue (Hand) Collins

DONNA SUE (HAND) COLLINS, age 74 of Jemison, passed away on January 15, 2026 at Baptist Health-Shelby Hospital in Alabaster, AL. She was born in West Point, GA on July 10, 1951; the daughter of the late Fred Hand and the late Cathleen Birchfield Hand.

She was a former clerk at Karl’s One Stop in Clanton.

She is survived by: Son, Keith (Brandy) Williams; Daughter, Cathleen (James) Owens; Grandchildren: Brooke (Brad) Caton, Cory (Kirsten) Williams, Cody Williams, Brieana Curtis, and Ally Curtis; Great Grandchildren, Cooper Caton and Carsen Williams; Stepdaughters, Mitzi Collins and Tonya Collins; Stepson, Denver Collins; 7 Step-grandchildren; 12 Step-Great Grandchildren; Sister, Linda (Hand) Volz; Sister, Margaret Jordan; a host of nieces and nephews; and numerous loving extended family.

She is preceded in death by: Husband, Tom “TC” Collins; and Parents, Fred “Billy” and Cathleen Hand.
