Teresa Rae (Larson) Forman

TERESA RAE FORMAN, age 40 of Calera, AL passed away on September 10, 2022. She was born in Birmingham, AL on May 11, 1982; the daughter of Richard Larson and Judy Howell Larson.

She was a beloved daughter, sister, wife, and mother. Her life was a beautiful gift to all who were fortunate enough to have known her, no matter how brief their encounter. She touched countless lives as a former teacher, healthcare receptionist, and realtor.

She was a gifted and creative artist. She was committed to giving to the homeless and less fortunate. She was a loyal and trusted friend. Her children were her greatest gift and they will always remember her as being a wonderful mother and giving them a wonderful childhood.

She loved the ocean. The beach was her happy place where she felt the most at peace and was closest to God.

She is survived by: Husband, Terrence S. Forman of Calera, AL; Son, Ethan Nix of Oak Grove, AL; daughter Raelee Nix of Oak Grove, AL; Stepson, Mason Forman of Hoover, AL; Stepdaughter, Zoe Forman of Hoover, AL; Stepson, Christian Forman of Hoover, AL; Parents, Richard and Judy Larson of Alabaster, AL; Sister, Liz (Daniel) Grubbs of Panama City Beach, FL; and Father and Mother-in-Law, Ofes and Estelle Forman of Pell City, AL.

In accordance with Teresa’s wishes, cremation has taken place and a Celebration of Life Service will be held on Saturday, September 17, 2022 at 5:00pm from the Church of the Highlands Riverchase Campus at 9013 Helena Rd, Pelham, AL 35124.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service (4pm) at the church.

Following the service at the church a reception for friends and family will be held at the home of her parents Richard and Judy Larson at 320 Wixford Trace, Alabaster, AL 35007. All are welcome.

Teresa's wishes were that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Epilepsy Foundation of Alabama (epilepsyalabama.org) or to the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (afsp.org).
