Victor Wayne Taylor, Jr.

VICTOR WAYNE TAYLOR, JR., age 40 of Montevallo, passed away suddenly on May 12, 2020 at his residence. He was born in Jefferson County on November 27, 1979; the son of Victor Wayne Taylor, Sr. and Karen Nell Price Taylor.

He was a construction supervisor. Wayne was a loving husband and wonderful father. He took great care of his family. He enjoyed the outdoors where he liked to fish, but  he especially loved to hunt. Wayne was an avid Auburn football fan.

He is survived by: Wife, Rachel Taylor of Montevallo; Daughter, Madison Taylor of Clanton; Daughter, Morgan Taylor of Clanton; Daughter, Macie Taylor of Montevallo; Father, Victor Taylor, Sr. of Montevallo; Mother, Karen Taylor of Montevallo; Sister, Candace Lowery of Calera; Father-in-Law, Dennis Clay of Montevallo; Mother-in-Law, Brenda Clay of Montevallo; and a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, May 15, 2020 at 2:00pm from the Amazing Grace Worship Center in Saginaw, AL with Rev. Kevin Blankenship and Rev. Lee Lowery officiating.

Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the church.

Burial will follow in the Antioch Baptist Cemetery in Pea Ridge, AL.
