Wanda Mabbeth (Goswick) Guy

WANDA MABBETH (GOSWICK) GUY, age 84 of Billingsley, passed away suddenly on May 28, 2024 at St. Vincent-Chilton Hospital in Clanton, AL. She was born in Sylacauga, AL on July 16, 1939; the daughter of the late Dwight Pascall Goswick and the late Annie Ada Goswick.

She was a former short-order cook. She loved flowers, butterflies, and all things pretty.

She is survived by: Daughter, Debbie S. Harris of Billingsley; Son, Paul Newell of Birmingham; 8 Grandchildren; 13 Great Grandchildren; and 6 Great-Great Grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by: Son, Roy Newell; Daughter, Jackie Goodenough; and Daughter, Terri Newell.

In accordance with Ms. Guy’s wishes she will be cremated, and no services are currently planned.
