Marvin Jackson Reliford

MARVIN JACKSON RELIFORD, age 76 of Clanton, passed away on July 16, 2019 at St. Vincent -Chilton Hospital in Clanton. He was born in Chilton County on April 13, 1943; the son of the late Robert Reliford and the late Charlsie Ray Reliford.

He was a farmer.

He is survived by: Daughter, Norma (Frankie) Muir of Thorsby; Granddaughter, Shaina (Jonathan) Jones of Coopers; Granddaughter, Alaina Muir of Thorsby; Brother, Clarence Reliford of Clanton; Sister, Margie (Roy) McDuffie of Semmes; Sister, Mickey (Bobby Jones) Baker of Jemison; and Sister, Annette (Johnny) Nance of Rockford.

He is preceded in death by: Wife, Dorothy Reliford; Daughter, Sandra Reliford; Brother, Charles Reliford; Brother, Jim Scott; Brother, Junior Reliford; Brother, Joby Reliford; and Sister, Frances Reliford.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 17, 2019 from 6-8pm at Ellison Memorial Funeral Home in Clanton.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, July 18, 2019 at 2:00pm from the Chapel of Ellison Memorial Funeral Home with Rev. Jeff Carroll officiating.

Burial will follow in the Center Hill Baptist Cemetery in Jemison, AL.
