TIFFANI RAE SMITHERMAN BOWEN, age 28 of Jemison, passed away suddenly on May 27, 2019 at St. Vincent-Chilton Hospital in Clanton. She was born in Montgomery, Alabama on September 1, 1990; the daughter of Donald Ray Smitherman and the late Shannon Gail Noe.
Tiffani was a loving wife, mother, daughter, sister, and friend to many. There are no words to fully describe Tiffani, and the light and joy that she brought to so many people. Her greatest joy in life was being a mother to her precious boys.
She is survived by: Husband, Todd Bowen of Jemison; Son, Kai Bowen; Twin-Sons, Kase and Knox Bowen; Father, Ray (Kim Wells) Smitherman; Brother, Tyler (Brooklyn) Smitherman; Sister, Amy (Derrick) White; Grandmother, Carolyn (Jo) Wells; Grandmother, Robyn Rigsby; Mother-in-Law, Dawn DeVaughn; Sister-in-Law, Shanda Bowen; Nephews, Keaton Sullivan and Cooper Smitherman; and Nieces: Halle Sullivan, Mallie Smitherman, and Raelynn Smitherman.
She is preceded in death by: Son, Inf. Kru Bowen; Mother, Shannon Noe; Brother, Dustin Lane Paulk; Grandfather, Donald Wayne Smitherman; and Father-in-Law, Reggie Bowen.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 30, 2019 from 5-8pm at Ellison Memorial Funeral Home in Clanton.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, May 31, 2019 at 11:00am from the Chapel of Ellison Memorial Funeral Home in Clanton.
Burial will follow in the Collins Chapel Baptist Cemetery in Jemison, AL.
