Betty Faye Minor

BETTY FAYE MINOR, age 76 of Clanton, passed away on July 6, 2019 at Shelby Baptist Medical Center in Alabaster, AL. She was born in Chilton County on September 1, 1942; the daughter of the late Odis Lee Minor and the late Louise Headley Minor.

She was a former printer at Alabaster Industries. Betty was a resident for the last several years at Hatley Healthcare in Clanton, where she was loved and adored by staff and residents alike.

She is survived by: Grandson, Edwin Matthew Minor of Thorsby; Grandson, David Minor of Jacksonville, FL; and Brother, Ronnie Minor of Woodstock.

She is preceded in death by: Husband, Eddis Minor; Son, Edwin “Junior” Minor; and Parents, Odis and Louise Minor.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, July 8, 2019 at 2:00pm from the Sunshine Assembly of God Church with Rev. Jeremy Davis officiating.

Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the church.

Burial will follow in the Sunshine Assembly of God Cemetery in Clanton, AL.
